Hi BBQ fans
I will not set up this week end because I am doing a corporate catering;
however you are welcome to call me this evening after 4PM when I return
home.
I will be vacuum sealing the remaining Brisket and Pulled Pork in
boilable bags.
You are welcome to come to my home tonight to purchase freshly sealed
smoked meat.

I still am looking for fruit wood to use in my smoker.
I lost information on one of you who called me with apple wood. Would
you please call me again, or email me, and I will come pick up the wood.

BBQ for Easter Week End

Come get BBQ for Easter Week End. I will be serving Friday and
Saturday April 6 &7, 2012.
I will have Hickory smoked Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pork Spare
Ribs. That Bronc Buster plate sounds good!
I will be at my usual place at the corner of 26 and Kipling, Friday, and
Saturday from Noon until 5:30 pm.
We also now have frozen vacuum packed Brisket, and Pulled pork that you
reheat in boiling water, and snip and serve at your convenience.

I hope to see you. Tell your friends about us, and they will love you
for it.

BBQ for St. Patty's Weekend

There is snow coming, but not this weekend.
I will be at the corner of 26th and Kipling Friday, and Saturday, March
16-17.
Come take your favorite BBQ home for Saint Patrick's Day, and while you
are here do your grocery shopping at Golds Grocery store.
I am always looking for apple wood, so please call if you need a tree
removed. I can use any hard wood.

BBQ Cures Cabin Fever

Hi BBQ fans!

Come out Feb 24^th and 25^th, Friday and Saturday! The weather has been windy, snowy and cold but Fri and Sat will be good for BBQ! I will be set up on the corner of 26^th and Kipling serving from 12 noon to 6 pm both days. My hot baked beans will taste and feel good.

Selling BBQ TODAY

Hey there Super Bowl fans!

Snow was crazy on Friday so we had to dig out but the BBQ is out and ready for you today at the corner of 26^th and Kipling! I’ll be serving from Noon on until we run out of meat! Come by today and get some food for the Super Bowl or just enjoy some great BBQ on a cold day! Roads aren’t too bad so we’ll see you out this afternoon!

BBQ For U is back

Super Bowl Week End isn't the same without good BBQ!
I will be at the corner of 26th and Kipling this Friday and Saturday,
Feb 3rd & 4th.
The construction barricades are gone, and we are celebrating a slight
hint of spring.

for the Big Game.

No BBQ in November

Greetings to all my BBQ customers

I will not be selling in November. We as proud Grand Parents are heading to New York to watch Zachary and his Legacy High school's marching band participate in the Macy Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Many of you were generous in tips and donations to Zachary in his fund raising efforts.
